Jamie has been brilliant getting me going again after I broke my ankle. He has literally helped me get back on my feet with an exercise programme using a whole body approach rather than just a focus on my ankle, building flexibility, strength and balance. His professionalism, high level of knowledge, enthusiasm and encouragement have been critical in my speedy recovery. I cant recommend him more highly.

Jamie is seriously invested in his job. With regard to my personal progression and aspirations in rehabilitation; his attention to detail is remarkable.

I am recovering from a ruptured achilles tendon not enjoyed in September 2019. However my rehabilitation is ahead of what I was led to believe or anticipated. This is mainly thanks to the care and encouragement I have received from Jamie.

I cannot recommend him (and listening carefully to his advice) highly enough.
