Cancer Rehabilitation

Our cancer rehabilitation is a structured exercise programme for anyone having or recovering from cancer, delivered by our Level 4 Specialist Cancer Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor

Obesity & Diabetes Management 

Our specialist L4 Obestity and Diabetes exercise instructor will work with obese and diabetic clients, designing and delivering weight management programmes to improve their health and well-being,  helping to improve their quality of life.

Exercise Referral 

Our specialist exercise referral instructor can work with clients with various medical conditions to improve their health and wellbeing and reduce comormidities that can exist with many of these conditions.  

These conditions include 

  • Hypertension

  • Osteoporosis, Osetoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis

  • Asthma, COPD

  • Depression, Anxiety

  • Obesity, Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes
